The trial of Wei Pu's Portraiture right case by Lawyer Xiaobing Wang held hearings

On April 25, the People's Court of Putuo District held the hearing of Wei Pu's portraiture case which presented by Lungtin Lawyer Xiaobin Wang. Wei Pu was the famous Chinese Women Football Team player and  joined the national team since 1998.

She found her portraiture was used by the Real Estate company last June for publicising and asked for econmic compensation without result. Afterwards, she prosecuted the company.

Lawyer Wang stated in the court that the defendant has obviously infringed her portraiture right by commericial advertisements without permission. The media interviewed and reported the case.
